Puzzlemore, Inc. reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. This page will always contain the current policies. All sales will be subject to the terms and conditions in effect on the date of the sale.
Downloadable murchandise such as music or software is not returnable. In the event that a download is corrupted, a replacement download will be provided.
Apparel is not returnable. Items will be exchanged if found to be defective for the same or similar item. We cannot guarantee that replacements will be in stock.
All other murchandise is not returnable. Exchanges will be made only in the case of defective murchandise.
Purchaser must contact Puzzlemore, Inc. through our 'Contact' page for a RMA before sending anything back. Packages sent without a valid RMA may not receive a replacement. Purchaser must retain proof of mailing and provide it should any disputes arise.
If a defective item cannot be exchanged, we will attempt to replace it with a similar item. Only if no suitable replacement can be provided will we offer a refund. Refunds will not include shipping and handleing charges, or any special promotional charges such as contributions made to third parties.
All requests for returns or replacements must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests made between November 15th and December 5th have until January 5th of the following year. Returned murchandise must be sent to us within one week after receiving an RMA.
Refunds will be applied to the original source of payment. Replacements will only be shipped to the original shipping address.
